Sebastian Małyska is a tester, engineer, QA practitioner, and lecturer with nearly two decades of experience spanning manual testing, API testing, automation engineering and QA leadership. With an engineering background in telecommunications and electronics, he focuses on pragmatic quality practices that scale in real projects. Sebastian is an active ISTQB contributor and currently serves on the ISTQB Executive Team as Secretary. A frequent speaker at events in Poland and internationally, he actively supports the global testing community through conference contributions and international initiatives that help advance the profession.
