Nishan Portoyan is an AI expert and Software Quality Ambassador with over 18 years of experience in software testing, test automation, and requirements engineering. He is deeply engaged in the testing community at both the international and national level, where he actively drives the evolution of testing practices and the integration of AI into the profession.

In his role at Infometis, Nishan leads AI consulting and quality initiatives, supporting companies in securely adopting AI, designing test automation strategies, and developing domain-specific AI assistants. His recent work focuses on Agentic AI autonomous systems that plan, adapt, and execute testing tasks, which he has successfully introduced in the financial industry to demonstrate the future of testing.
